Charisma.com’s new single is set to be the main theme song for the upcoming Japanese movie “Ankoku Joshi” which will be released on April Fools’ Day, April 1st, 2017. The song is titled “#hashdark”. The lyrics for the new song were written by Itsuka (Charisma.com) and it was composed by PABLO a.k.a. WTF!? and Itsuka.
The song was written with the hashtag symbol in mind as seen all over social media. The song is described as a dance rock track with a heavy guitar groove. This song derives from Charisma.com’s usual sound and shows a new side to them.
The film sees a wide cast of young female actresses, including Fumika Shimizu and Marie Iitoyo as the protagonists, as well as Nana Seino, Tina Tamashiro, Riria, and Yuna Taira. It is set in a prestigious all girls’ school and is a story of betrayal. The teaser image pictured above and current available information regarding the film are being much talked about.
