Extra Merchandise Announced for Hatsune Miku’s Tokyo 150 Years Concerts

The world’s most popular virtual singer Hatsune Miku performed at Tokyo 150 Years, an event hosted by the city of Tokyo which ran from October 26 to 28 at Hamarikyu Gardens.


The program, entitled Koku o Asobu Jikuu no Tabi ~ Hatsune Miku Links Tokyo 150~, took place at the garden lake where Miku was projected onto a screen in the water. She donned fashion from various periods across Japanese history including Meiji, Taisho, Showa and today’s Heisei and performed a total of 39 songs in the style of a medley.

All of the exclusive Tokyo 150 Years Hatsune Miku merchandise sold out across the duration of the event. In response to demand from fans who weren’t able to get their hands on any, a new batch is scheduled to go on sale and can be ordered from November 9 to November 30. Fans outside Japan can purchase the items via Tokyo Otaku Mode while those in Japan will buy from Columbia Music Shop.
