Tomohisa Yamashita will release his double A-side single Reason/Never Lose on February 13. The song Never Lose was previously being used as the opening theme for season two of the ongoing adaptation of Ace Attorney. The opening theme was switched to Reason on January 19.

A new photo of Yamashita along with the single’s CD cover was released in line with the changeover. The artist photo along with the three different jackets for the single show us Yamashita in an all-new light.

Tomohisa Yamashita is an actor/singer who successfully held a national tour called “TOMOHISA YAMASHITA LIVE TOUR 2018 UNLEASHED –FEEL THE LOVE—” for the first time in 2 years. The total audience of the tour surpassed 130 thousand.

Yamashita offered the song, “Never Lose” as the theme song of the TV animation (Yomiuri TV, Nihon TV) “Gyakuten Saiban ~Sono “Shinjitsu,” Igiari! ~Season 2” and will offer the new song “Reason” from the episode which will be broadcast on January 19^th, 2019 (Sat.)

In addition, the 2-A side single “Reason/Never Lose” will be sold from February, 13^th (Wed.) 2019. It will be his first single in the last 5 years (last single – “SUMMER NUDE ‘13” –June, 2013).

His album released on November 28^th “UNLEASHED” won the first place in the Olicon Weekly Ranking and is gathering much attention.

Tomohisa Yamashita is currently in the midst of his nationwide tour TOMOHISA YAMASHITA LIVE TOUR 2018 UNLEASHED –FEEL THE LOVE- which is taking him to 15 venues across Japan for 33 concerts. The pop singer is set to release his new album UNLEASHED on November 28, his first in four years.

It has been announced that the singer’s new song Never Lose will be used as the opening theme song for the upcoming second series of Ace Attorney, titled Gyakuten Saiban: Sono “Shinjitsu”, Igi Ari! Season 2. The song is taken from Yamashita’s forthcoming new album UNLEASHED which is set for release on October 28. The song itself will also be released as a separate single in early 2019.
