Floresta Nature Doughnuts, a doughnut cafe that hand-makes doughnuts using organic ingredients, has baked up a new ‘n’ tasty collection of kawaii doughnuts to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Sanrio’s popular character Pompompurin. The “Pompompurin Valentine Doughnuts” will be served from February 1 to 14 for the lead up to Valentine’s Day.

The Pompompurin and Muffin doughnuts will arrive in the first week on February 1. The doughnuts are covered in white chocolate sprinkled with strawberry powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and a chocolate heart. Sat comfortably on top of them are good friends Pompompurin and Muffin. Pompompurin is pumpkin flavoured.

The Mine City Tourism Association has announced a Christmas & Valentine’s Day event at Akiyoshido Cave, one of the largest limestone caves in Japan. The event will see the natural wonder illuminated by a number of colorful lights. The Christmas event will run from December 21 to 25, 2022, while the Valentine’s Day event will run from February 10 to 14, 2023. Akiyoshido Cave is one of Yamaguchi Prefecture’s most popular tourist attractions. Kyary ordered the Dekoboko Sabo Afternoon Tea Set, a collection of western sweets blended with the essence of traditional Japanese flavors. The Metaverse event that was a smash hit in 2021 will be returning in 2023! Sanrio Virtual Festival 2023 in Sanrio Puroland, one of the world’s largest music festivals blending both the real and virtual worlds, will be held starting January 13, 2023. A lineup of high-profile performers has been announced, including Airi Suzuki, SKY-HI, Yabai T-Shirts Yasan, and Aoi Fuji. Popular Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, and Kuromi will also appear, and visitors will be able to experience the virtual Puroland by utilizing unique avatars and taking part in a number of exciting events. The 2021 event was incredibly popular, and the 2023 version will increase the duration and amount of content available. To do this, Puroland has joined forces with VRChat, a well-known US company and social platform.
