Organic Produce Market Open in Tokyo Midtown—Fresh Fruit & Vegetables!

27.July.2017 | FOOD / SPOT

A food market by the name of Vivre de BIO Marché is being held in Tokyo Midtown, one of Japan’s biggest mixed-use developments. As well as the market, a new café is opening for a limited period of time, surrounded by lots of green, as well as two hot new restaurants.

BIO Marché will have three runs over the next couple of months. The first one was held on July 22nd and 23rd, where around 20 different shops participated, each stocked to the brim with their own fresh organic produce. Their food is all natural and meticulously selected and is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free.

The next Marché will be held on August 26th and 27th where you can get your hands on delicious and plentiful organic fruits and vegetables. The market is made up of copious stalls all lined with

all different kinds of colourful produce for you to choose from.

What’s more is that the “SMIRNOFF® MIDPARK CAFÉ” will be setting up shop for the first time. Enveloped in greenery, this summertime Midpark café has a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy the worldwide popular drink Smirnoff. You can also treat yourself to one of their limited edition cocktails made with summer fruits, or a fruit punch bowl to share in a group as you sit under the blue sky.

As well as that, “Artisan de la Truffe Paris” is making its first appearance in Japan. This French restaurant specialises in deliciously made truffles which it is well-known for. Lastly, “Miyagawacho Suiren” will be opening its first restaurant in Tokyo. This popular Kyoto-based eatery serves up food based on the season and customers’ preferences while keeping with traditional Kyoto-style cuisine. It’s a restaurant that produces food close to nature and close to what people want.

Tokyo Midtown is a place where you can enjoy food in a variety of styles. And now is a fantastic opportunity to best experience this.
