Tokyo Mystery Circus opened in December last year in Kabukicho, Shinjuku as the world’s first theme park centered around the concept of “mystery.” On March 15th, 2018 the park added a new feature that can be enjoyed in English titled Mystery Mail Box Global Edition. The park is also set to begin A Mystery at Magic Academy SHINJUKU from March 20th.
Check the full details of the park here: https://www.moshimoshi-nippon.jp/65449
A Mystery at Magic Academy was first held in San Francisco as part of J-POP SUMMIT and was well received. The experience is being recreated into a special rendition to be held in Shinjuku. You can play the game in English where you will begin inside Tokyo Mystery Circus before having to actually walk through the streets of Shinjuku to solve the puzzle, combining a fun mystery with sightseeing.
In addition, original merchandise by SCRAP now on popular sale in the US such as the puzzle-solving “Puzz Pack” and “Puzz Card” became available in Japan on March 15th.
There are three other games you can enjoy in English at the park right now too: the escape game Escape from Prison, the infiltration game THE SECRET AGENT: Destroy the Ultimate Weapon, and the projection table game Spellbound Support.
Have an even more enjoyable Shinjuku sightseeing experience at Tokyo Mystery Circus!
