Popular Tokyo souvenir sweet company Tokyo Banana will release their seasonal product THE CHEESE CAKE from GINZA for summer only on April 16, 2018.


THE CHEESE CAKE from GINZA is released every summer in Japan around Golden Week. The inside of the cake has two layers: on top, syrupy custard cream and on the bottom, smooth mascarpone cheese cream. This exquisite double cream fusion is the pride and joy of the cake.


The mascarpone cheese cream, the star of the cake, has been made even more milky this year. This has made its combination with the custard cream even more delicious and given the eating experience new life. To enjoy the true flavour of the cake, it’s recommended to eat it chilled or from frozen.


It comes in fresh, aqua blue packaging, a fitting choice for a summer cheesecake.
