An oldy casual dining, “bills” produced by Bill Granger from Sydney and MAISON KITSUNE‘,” a highbred brand located in Paris and Tokyo produced by the creative directors Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki will produce collaborated items for the first time.
“MAISON KITSUNE‘ POCKET STORE” will open on the first floor of “bills Hawaii” on the 1st of December 2017 and limited T-shirts and tote bags will be sold.

The owner of “bills,” Bill Granger opened the first “bills” store in 1993 in Sydney and he has been offering new styles of food. Currently, he owns 18 stores all over the world and “MAISON KITSUNE‘” established in 2002 will collaborate with “bills.”
This collaboration plan came about since the philosophies of both brands which have been offering new life styles resonated with each other.
Bill Granger’s comments:
“I met Masaya seven years ago in London and since then we visit each other’s store often. My daughter loves “Kitsune” too. I thought it would be nice to create many things with Masaya who is enjoying music and fashion in his own way.”
Masaya Kuroki’s comments:
I am honored that I can collaborate with “bills” which I have visited many times. The word “POCKET” of POCKET STORE means to “create a small store and offer strictly selected items.” I want to introduce a new style where customers can enjoy eating at “bills Hawaii” then purchase bags and T-shirts at “Meson Kitsune,” purchase fruits at supermarkets and enjoy the beaches of Hawaii.
The symbol mark of the collection “Hawaien” (people in Hawaii) is going to be pushed as one of the trend’s key words such as “Parisien” (men in Paris), “Parisienne” (women in Paris) and Tokyoite (people in Tokyo).
This collaboration is very rare. Can’t wait to see their new store.

Three Kanto region locations of the American music-themed restaurant chain Hard Rock Cafe will hold the ‘Hawaii Fair HAWAIIAN VIBES’ for a limited time starting September 1.

With global travel still largely restricted due to the pandemic, the event aims to give people the experience of a Hawaiian resort without leaving the country. Each of the three main dishes and drink options are representative of the culture and atmosphere of Hawaii, with pineapple, pulled chicken, and classic Hawaiian BBQ sauce making appearances. From the Hurricane, Hard Rock Cafe’s signature cocktail, to the Lava Flow, all limited-edition drinks are available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
A collection of pins will also be on sale at the three locations, spelling ‘Aloha’ when all five are collected. Those interested will also want to participate in the upcoming Twitter campaign, as various prizes from both Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu and Hawaiian Airlines will be given away!

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu hits Hawaii with her successful premium live “SKY Perfect! SUPER LIVE KPP 5iVE YEARS PREMIUM LIVE in HAWAII”!
It has been 5 years since Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s major debut in August 2011 and this year, Kyary has been doing lots to celebrate ー including her most recent gig in Hawaii! Kyary performed at a one-night special live event entitled “SKY PerfecTV! SUPER LIVE”, and having been 2 years since Kyary’s last visit Hawaii, her fans were ecstatic.
As the full title of this live performance was “SKY PerfecTV! SUPER LIVE「KPP 5iVE YEARS PREMIUM LIVE in HAWAII」” Kyary performed a special premium set list to fit with the “premium” theme. This set list was different to the set list which she used for her world tour. As the venue buzzed with excitement over the premium set list, she kicked off the evening at around 7pm with Kyary ANAN and Crazy Party Night 〜 Pumpkins Strike Back. During these two songs, she gave choreography instructions to the crowd and the venue was full of dancing fans! To fit with the commemoration theme, Kyary performed her oldest to her most recent hits, fuelling the excitements of the fans.
While Kyary performed one of her popular songs “Fashion Monster”, spectators seated in the 2nd floor balcony seating stood up and jumped in time to the beat! The raving of the fans also continued through “Mi” and “Sai & Co”. Kyary soon became one with all her fans, bringing the event to its climax.
For her encore, Kyary gave her fans a slightly different premium performance! She brought a large Hibiscus flower that she bought in Hawaii on stage with her. She performed two songs for her encore and with that, the night came to an end. Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is celebrating her 5-year anniversary since her debut. Her musical activities reach beyond Japan all around the world. Japan’s number one pop princess is currently embarking on her 3rd world tour “KPP 5iVE YEARS MONSTER WORLD TOUR 2016”.
Kyary will play 9 shows to an estimated 30,000 fans across 8 cities across the globe, including Australia, Europe, America and Asia. She will wrap the tour up in a finale that will be held over 2 days at the famous Nippon Budokan in Japan on August 19th and August 20th.
