A major kimono rental shop in Kyoto, “Yumeyakata” is offering a discount campaign (this campaign will end at the end of January, 2018) where you can rent a kimono for 2,800 yen (it usually costs 3,500 yen to rent a kimono).
You can choose your favorite kimono from many variations. They are also offering a cheap package option where you can rent a haori (traditional jacket), collar and drum band set which costs 1,500 yen (usual price is 2,000 yen).
Furthermore, there is a sightseeing bureau inside the shop. Here, they will introduce to you some spots which match kimonos.
Let’s wear a kimono and enjoy Kyoto.
