“Nama” Choco Pie opened in Keio Department Store in Shinjuku on April 19. It will remain open for one year where you can get your hands on thick and rich ganache chocolate pies made with specially selected ingredients.
To celebrate the opening of the shop, Toshihiko Yoroizuka, the owner and chef at Toshi Yoroizuka who supervised the creation of the product, has made a menu featuring four items using ganache chocolate pies.
FRAISIER (Strawberry & Pistachio)
UJI MATCHA (Uji Matcha & Walnut)
ETHIOPIA MOCHA (Coffee & Macadamia)
BABA (Rum & Rum Raisin)
Price: ¥540 each (Tax Included)
Of these four desserts, the FRAISIER has been used to create an arranged menu item titled “Nama” Choco Pie FRAISIER Hitorijime One Place Fraises des Fleurs, which is being served for a limited time at Toshi Yoroizuka Tokyo in Kyobashi with a small touch you can’t get anywhere else.
