Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s fourth album Japamyu―her first in four years―was finally released on September 26.

To celebrate the release of her new record, Kyary held a special live stream on September 26 simultaneously across her personal Twitter, Instagram and LINE LIVE pages which was seen by 9 million followers.

Kyary was joined by Nozaki who she recently introduced as one of her friends on the TV show Konya Kurabete Mimashita. Her cute pet dog Ame-chan was also present who has been getting a lot of attention on Kyary’s Instagram.

The stream lasted for an entire hour in which Kyary communicated directly with her excited fans. The main topic of discussion was providing commentary to each song on the new album. She also took live calls from fans watching the stream, played oogiri (a type of game where you provide funny answers to the set theme), showed off several photos from the photobook that comes coupled with the first press edition of the album, and more.

For fans who missed the stream it has been archived and can be found in the information section below.

Kyary will perform at a special live event at AEON LakeTown mori this Sunday to promote the release of the album.
