Eve Holds Special Campaign For Release of TV Anime Jujutsu Kaisen’s Opening Theme

Eve’s new song Kaikai Kitan will be released digitally on October 3, 2020. To promote the new track, a special campaign has been announced and will be held on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, and LINE MUSIC in Japan.

20 random fans who download or listen to Kaikai Kitan on any of these music services from October 3, 2020 at 00:00 (JST) to October 11, 2020 at 23:59 (JST) have the chance to win some merchandise. More details can be found on the campaign website.


The song will be used as the opening theme for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Jujutsu Kaisen. Gege Akutami’s manga series Jujutsu Kaisen is serialised in Weekly Shonen Jump and has over 6.8 million copies in circulation.   • Limited-Time Jujutsu Kaisen Pop-Up Shop Opens at Haneda Airport

    To commemorate the release of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 in theaters on Christmas Day, a limited-time Jujutsu Kaisen pop-up shop is now open at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 until January 11, 2022!


    The shop features life-size panels of characters Yuuta Okkotsu, Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki, Panda, and Satoru Gojo Suguru Getou. Huge panels displaying scenes from the film will also decorate the space, with limited-edition merch coming only to Haneda Airport.

  • Eve to Hold Christmas Eve Live Stream on YouTube

    Eve will hold a special live streaming event on YouTube on–you guessed it–Christmas Eve! The stream will run from 19:00 until 20:00 on December 24, 2021. 


    The stream is being held to celebrate over 3 million subscribers to Eve’s YouTube channel. During the event, he’ll go behind the scenes of the Yadorigi music video, as well as show the Live Film version of Inochi no Tabekata. There may also be a big announcement during the stream, so don’t miss it!

    This collaboration focuses on the past of the main characters, unique to this prequel of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series. The main character, Yuuta Okkotsu, is haunted by his childhood friend Rika who died in a car accident. Satoru Gojo, wearing a fresh white bandage over his eyes rather than the black mask seen in the anime, and Geto Suguru, the film’s villain, are also making appearances in the new collection.

  • Eve to Stream New Track ‘Aisai,’ Releases Cover Image

    Eve will release his new song Aisai on December 3 at midnight on all major streaming services. 


    The singer-songwriter performed the explosive Kaisen Kitan, the first opening theme for the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series. The track has been streamed over 200 million times and the music video has been watched over 180 million times. With over 3.5 million subscribers on YouTube, the singer has become a viral sensation with other tracks like Parallel Lines and Faint at Night. Eve’s new track Aisai is incredibly emotional and is the perfect song to bring 2021 to a close.


    The cover for the new song was made by niL, who worked on the music video for Yuseiboushi. Be sure to stream the song on December 3!

  • Jujutsu Kaisen Pop-Up Store Opening at Seven LOFT Locations in Japan

     Anime Jujutsu Kaisen, based on the manga of the same name, tells the story of the Jujutsu Sorcerers who use their powers to take down the Curses born from the negative energy of humans.   • Eve’s New Song “Yuuseimushi” Chosen as Theme Song for Indie Anime Festival

    Eve’s new song “Yuuseimushi” has been selected as the theme song for Japan’s first and biggest indie animation festival, Project Young., starting on August 21. “If you don’t give up on your dreams then fiction will become reality” is the concept of the event, offering support to those working hard to achieve their dream while helping people who had previously given up make a comeback. Project Young. encourages creators “to never give up what they love.”


     The lyrics of Eve’s Yuuseimushi talk about how “the road to your dream may not always be fun, it may be full of hardships and pain, but there will always be a beautiful feature waiting at the end of your journey,” perfectly suited to Project Young.’s ideals and philosophy.
