【Tokyo Cafe】Enjoy the time-limited pop and unique desert buffet used strawberry abundantly at Hilton Tokyo” Mable Lounge”!
For the sweets eaters, spring is the very season that you can’t help being excited throughout the year. The deserts that are made with seasonal fruits including strawberries send a spark to my heart just looking. Even though every hotel in Tokyo serves delicious sweets that use seasonal fruits in Japan, “Mable Lounge” in Hilton Tokyo succeeded to draw a full house every day.
The desert buffet that serves different sweets depending on the season or holidays is the specialty of this hotel. Last Halloween season, the spooky yet cute sweets drew a lot of public attention.
The secret of popularity is their uniqueness and variations of their menu. However, the strawberry fair this year is even more exciting than last years! The buffet table that is decorated with the original art works by Mitsushige Nishiwaki who is a printmaker, ferries wheel, and merry-go-round have about thirty different kinds of deserts using strawberries! There are pop and unique deserts that are going to stand out on your social media for sure such as the desert named “crown’s boots” that uses smooth whipped cream and fresh strawberries, or “candy marshmallow” that looks like a lollipop made with strawberry marshmallow. It is going to be open until June 30th. Check this fantastic sweets buffet.
