For the sweets eaters, spring is the very season that you can’t help being excited throughout the year. The deserts that are made with seasonal fruits including strawberries send a spark to my heart just looking. Even though every hotel in Tokyo serves delicious sweets that use seasonal fruits in Japan, “Mable Lounge” in Hilton Tokyo succeeded to draw a full house every day.

MarbleLounge

The desert buffet that serves different sweets depending on the season or holidays is the specialty of this hotel. Last Halloween season, the spooky yet cute sweets drew a lot of public attention.
